Job description
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer comfortable working across the entire product surface — from React components to database schemas. You bring balanced skill sets on both frontend and backend, love moving fast while maintaining quality, and thrive in an environment where you own features end-to-end rather than handing off work at layer boundaries. What you'll do
- Build and ship complete features spanning React frontend, Node.js API layer, and PostgreSQL data model from design to production.
- Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code on both client and server, maintaining a shared type layer where appropriate.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in early discovery phases to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Monitor feature health post-launch using dashboards, logs, and user feedback to iterate quickly and fix issues proactively.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives to continuously improve team delivery and communication.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of professional experience shipping features that span both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or similar) layers.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and ability to design clean type hierarchies shared across client and server boundaries.
- Practical experience with SQL databases and ORM tooling; comfort writing and reviewing database migrations.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and understanding of 12-factor app principles.
- Good product instincts — you can reason about user experience and business impact, not just technical implementation.
