How these reports work
Every number is computed directly from the 22,566 active listings we track across 17 applicant-tracking systems, ingested from public job boards and refreshed hourly. A “field” groups related roles (Engineering rolls up software, platform, data, security, and ML roles, for example). We publish no surveyed, estimated, or modeled figures — where the data is thin, the report says so instead of guessing.
