Pick what it's about - we'll tell you exactly what to include so we can fix it on the first reply.

What’s this about?

Include your account email and the role and company - we'll pull the application log and tell you where it stopped.

Use the email on your LandEarly account so we can find it.
Add a screenshotPNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 5 MB - optional but speeds things up.

We only use what you send to answer you. Never for training, never shared.

Before you write in

The six things people email us about.

Each one you can settle in under a minute. If your situation isn’t here, the form above is the fastest route to a human.

My application looks stuck

First check which mode the application is in. With review on, LandEarly prepares the application and waits for your approval - it will sit there until you approve it. With automatic apply, it submits on your behalf.

  1. 1

Open Applications and find the role.

  2. 2

If the status is “awaiting review,” approve it and it goes out immediately.

  3. 3

Still stuck after that? Send us the role and company above and we'll look into it.

Every application is tracked in one place either way - submitted, viewed, moved to an interview, or closed out.

Cancel or change an iOS subscription

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple manages your billing - we can't change or cancel it for you.

  1. 1

    On your iPhone, open Settings.

  2. 2

Tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.

  3. 3

Select LandEarly and cancel or switch plans. (Also reachable via App Store › your profile › Subscriptions.)

Cancelling stops the next renewal - you keep full access until the current period ends.

Manage web billing, receipts, or payment method

Subscribed on landearly.com? Everything lives in the billing section of your account settings - plan changes, card updates, and every past receipt.

Basic, Pro, and Ultra are available monthly or quarterly and differ in how many applications you get each month. You can start free and upgrade any time.

Delete my account and all my data

You can do this yourself, permanently, at any time - in the mobile app under Settings › Delete account, or from account settings on the web.

Deletion removes your profile, applications, answers, and outcomes for good. It can't be undone.

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel that subscription in your Apple Account settings too - Apple subscriptions can only be cancelled by you, through Apple.

Getting started - what happens after I sign up

Create an account with email, Google, or Sign in with Apple, then finish your profile - resume, preferences, and target roles.

  1. 1

LandEarly matches you with fresh roles as they're posted.

  2. 2

It tailors a resume and cover letter to each one, sourced from your real history.

  3. 3

It submits the application - after your review, or automatically if you turn that on.

You start with a few free applications, so you can try the whole flow before choosing a plan.

What LandEarly can and can't see

LandEarly only ever reads job-related activity - never your personal email or messages. No resume line is written that can't be traced back to something in your profile.

Full autopilot is on from signup - onboarding says so in writing before anything sends, and one toggle in settings turns on review-first. With review on, everything autopilot prepares waits in a cancellable window before it submits; with review off, submissions go straight through.
