What we never do.

LandEarly applies to jobs on your behalf. That kind of trust has to be earned with specifics — not reassurances. This page describes exactly what the product does and the four hard limits built into the code. Each limit is enforced automatically, every time, with no override.

The mechanism

Four commitments, backed by code.

Not policies you have to take on faith — limits enforced inside the product itself. Here's exactly how each one works.

01Never

We never invent experience you don’t have.

Every bullet on your tailored resume must trace to something you actually wrote in your profile. Before any tailored document ships, an anti-fabrication gate checks every bullet and every metric against your real work history. If a claim can't be sourced — if the number isn't in your profile, or the role doesn't resolve to a real entry — the gate rejects it and the tailoring runs again until it passes. Skills you didn't list cannot appear. Numbers you didn't supply cannot be invented.

This is enforced inside the tailoring loop — not as a review step. If it can't pass, it doesn't ship. And on the review screen you can see the trace yourself: every line shows which part of your real experience it was drawn from.

02Never

We never silently bypass CAPTCHAs.

When a CAPTCHA appears during an application, LandEarly stops and hands control back to you. It does not attempt to solve the CAPTCHA automatically. It does not use a paid solving service. Your application is paused and you're notified — you complete the CAPTCHA yourself, then the agent continues.

A CAPTCHA-paused application never debits a credit. Only confirmed-submitted applications count against your plan allowance.

We never read your non-job email.

Connecting your inbox lets LandEarly detect replies and interview invites from companies you've applied to. To do this, the app requests the most restricted email access available: read-only, metadata-only access. It can see which senders sent you a message, not the body or subject of any email. No email content is ever stored. Inbox access is limited to recognizing job-related senders — your personal mail is never touched.

You can disconnect your inbox at any time from Settings. Disconnecting immediately purges the stored tokens and stops all scanning.

04Never

We never spam companies on your behalf.

Per-company application caps are enforced before any application is sent. You cannot apply to the same company more than a set number of times in a rolling 30-day window, and the system enforces this automatically — not as a soft warning, but as a hard block on the submission action. Follow-up messages are limited to one per application, and only when the product judges a reply is appropriate.

This protects your reputation with employers and keeps LandEarly's submissions credible on the receiving end.

Data

What we store — and what we don't.

Every piece of data exists to do one job: give the tailoring engine a verified source to draw from. Nothing is collected to profile or sell you.

Your profile

The work history, education, skills, and preferences you enter are stored so the tailoring engine has a verified source to draw from. This is the data the anti-fabrication gate runs against — it is never supplemented with information from other sources.

Application records

LandEarly stores a record of each application — which company, which role, what status — so you can track everything in one place. Submission screenshots are stored as evidence of what was submitted.

Email metadata (if connected)

Only the sender domain of messages is used to detect recruiter replies. Email bodies and subjects are never stored. Revoke access at any time from Settings.

No browsing history, no data mining

LandEarly is a job application agent, not an ad platform. The data you provide stays within the product and is not sold or used to target you with advertising.
