Lever and Workable postings are tailored and filled in the same way, but both put a bot check on their submit button that needs a person to complete it, so expect to finish those yourself - the tailored resume and cover letter are ready either way. Listings come straight from company career sites and their ATS boards, checked at least every six hours and hourly for boards that are actively posting.
