Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a LandEarly account or using the LandEarly service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of LandEarly, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Service description

LandEarly is an AI-powered job application service. It monitors job boards, tailors your resume and cover letter to matching job postings using AI, and submits applications on your behalf through supported applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable). Application credits determine how many applications can be submitted per billing period.

LandEarly is not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employment service. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular outcome from using the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use LandEarly on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your profile information current.

4. Acceptable use

You may use LandEarly only to apply to jobs for yourself. You may not use the service to:

• Apply to jobs on behalf of other people without their consent
• Submit applications containing false, fabricated, or significantly misleading information
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the credit system
• Attempt to access other users' data or LandEarly infrastructure
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your resume data, work history, and any content you provide to LandEarly. By using the service, you grant LandEarly a limited license to use your content to generate and submit applications on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your work history.

6. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Free application credits granted on signup do not expire and do not require a payment method.

7. Disclaimers

LandEarly is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about job outcomes, interview rates, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. While we have guardrails against fabricating experience, you are responsible for reviewing applications before they are submitted and for ensuring they accurately represent your qualifications.

LandEarly is not liable for decisions made by employers, recruiters, or applicant tracking systems in response to applications submitted through the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandEarly's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim. LandEarly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes via email to the address on your account. Continued use of LandEarly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
