Delete your LandEarly account
You can permanently delete your LandEarly account and its data at any time, yourself, in the app or on the web. Deletion can't be undone.
In the app (Android or iPhone)
- Open LandEarly and go to the You tab.
- Open Settings from the top of the screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or type DELETE if you sign in with Google or Apple.
On the web
- Sign in at landearly.com/settings.
- Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account.
- Confirm, and your account is deleted straight away.
Can't sign in?
Email support@landearly.dev from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleting your account deletes your personal data immediately: your profile, resumes, applications, generated resumes and cover letters, saved answers, connected inbox tokens, saved job-site logins, and the mail sent to your application address. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
LandEarly keeps only the minimum records it is legally required to, such as payment and invoice records, and aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
Subscriptions
A plan bought on landearly.com is cancelled with your account. A subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play or the App Store, and deleting your account does not cancel it - cancel it there first: in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
