Job description

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for one of our core product areas. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship products that customers love. This role requires both strategic thinking and deep operational execution to navigate the complex, fast-moving market we operate in.

What you'll do

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to company strategy and backed by customer research and data.
  • Write crisp, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to build confidently.
  • Drive cross-functional sprint planning and stand-ups, unblocking engineering teams and keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to generate insights that inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Manage launch plans end-to-end including marketing alignment, support readiness, and post-launch success metric monitoring.

What we're looking for

  • Three or more years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or consumer tech company.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping successful products that meaningfully improved key business or user metrics.
  • Strong quantitative skills — comfortable with SQL, A/B testing frameworks, and funnel analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for engineers, executives, and customers.
  • Experience working in agile environments with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

We offer competitive market compensation with equity, comprehensive health benefits, flexible PTO, a remote-first culture with optional shared workspace reimbursement, and meaningful career growth. PMs at our company have a strong voice in company strategy and direct relationships with leadership.
