What applying to University of Toronto usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through successfactors typically begin with an online application and profile submission, followed by an automated confirmation email. For University of Toronto, applicants can generally expect an initial resume screening, which may be followed by a phone or video screening with a recruiter or hiring coordinator. Depending on the role, such as those in engineering, analytics, or administrative functions, the process may include multiple stages, potentially involving skills assessments, panel interviews, or department-specific evaluations. Communication methods and response times vary, and candidates should monitor both email and the SuccessFactors portal for updates. It is commonly advised to ensure application materials are complete and tailored, as SuccessFactors platforms often rely on keyword matching during initial screening stages before human review occurs.
