We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

 

Location: 3165 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg MB


Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements
  • Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation
  • Order automotive parts and supplies from vendors
  • Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels
  • Identify and source correct parts using catalogues and vehicle information
  • Provide parts availability, pricing, and delivery estimates
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair status and service timelines
  • Coordinate parts requirements with technicians and service staff
  • Follow up on backordered, delayed, or special-order parts
  • Process parts returns, warranty claims, and credits
  • Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and service work
  • Maintain customer, vehicle, vendor, and service records
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years as a service advisor, or in a related customer service role
  • RV Experience 
  • Dealership experience considered a major asset
  • Valid G Drivers License
  • Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
