Our Supply Team is growing, and we want you to be part of it! As a Market Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for the overall supply health of the Airbnb marketplace in your assigned territories. • Own and deliver against key supply KPIs including NALs, FTBLs, Forward Nights Available, and overall market-level growth.
  • Translate regional and country-level strategy into localized, actionable plans with clear impact on supply growth and market health.
  • Identify structural supply constraints (e.g., regulatory, pricing behavior, host segmentation) and design solutions to unlock supply and improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market health indicators, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and driving corrective actions through WBR/MBR cadences.
  • Implement and scale acquisition and optimization programs, including field sales, and host engagement initiatives.
  • Design and operationalize repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across markets to drive consistent supply growth and performance.
  • Operates in close partnership with the Senior Market Manager for Brazil, co-owning market priorities and acting as a strategic counterpart for defined territories.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Public Policy, Communications, Central Teams) to unblock key initiatives and accelerate market growth.
  • Maintain predictability and accountability by tracking performance against targets.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact vs. effort, making clear trade-offs across acquisition, optimization, and retention strategies.

Your Expertise:

  • +7 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketplace growth, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to define and execute market-level strategies in complex and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Ability to identify high-impact opportunities, diagnose root causes, and design scalable solutions.
  • Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and self-managed, with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
