Our Cash Reconciliation team plays a key role in ensuring the accurate allocation and posting of bank transactions within our Global Accounting department. As a Cash Reconciliation Manager, you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Main Tasks:
- Reconcile bank and clearing account balances as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Allocate bank transactions to the corresponding business transactions.
- Process and post financial transactions in our accounting system, Oracle.
- Investigate and clarify account discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and improving accounting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in accounting or a similar role.
- A structured, independent, and reliable working style, with a strong understanding of numbers and good analytical skills.
- A high affinity for IT systems and proficiency in common Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
