Job Description:
- Assist with donor relations and customer service.
- Assisting donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases, exchanges, and account management, and membership services.
- Provide service to members on giving opportunities, season ticket benefits, parking options, and event logistics
- Resolve customer concerns regarding memberships, ticketing, and event attendance with professionalism and attention to detail
