Key Components:
- • Assisting with preparation and programming of research materials in Qualtrics.
• Assisting with participant recruitment and research data collection.
• Helping organize and clean survey and eye-tracking data.
• Assisting with coding and organizing eye-tracking data.
• Conducting preliminary data organization and descriptive analyses under the supervision of the faculty researcher - In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives.
Job Description:
- Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for day-to-day tasks
- May serve as initial contact for in-person guests or callers; provide excellent customer service
- May generate, prepare and analyze reports or perform forecasting
- May create creative content or maintain department website(s)
- May assist with special projects and initiatives supporting departmental goals
- May assist with planning or coordination of events
- May assist with identifying areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- May assist with compliance processes
- May assist with maintaining internal databases and records
- May assist with developing processes and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
