What applying to Centers usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through iCIMS can generally expect an online application portal where they submit a resume and complete standard profile fields, sometimes including screening questions related to availability, certifications, or role-specific requirements common to positions like lifeguard, childcare-worker, or facilities-manager. After submission, applicants may receive automated confirmation emails, and response times vary depending on the volume of applicants and the specific role. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial phone or video screening followed by in-person or virtual interviews with hiring staff. For roles at Centers, candidates should be prepared to discuss relevant experience, certifications, and scheduling flexibility. Background checks or reference verification are commonly part of the hiring process, particularly for positions involving direct contact with children or the public.
