Applicants may be asked to complete role-specific questionnaires, especially for positions like facilities-manager, field-service-technician, or program-coordinator, which could involve skills or availability screening. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial recruiter review, phone or video screening, and one or more interviews with hiring managers, potentially involving practical or in-person components for roles like lifeguard or swim-instructor.
