Applicants to Cornell Cooperative Extension may encounter positions spanning agricultural, educational, health, and administrative fields, so screening criteria likely vary by department. The process typically includes an initial application review, potential skills or background verification steps, and may include multiple stages such as phone screenings and interviews with hiring staff.
