About Culligan Quench
Culligan Quench’s purpose is to impact people’s lives and improve the earth by helping to eliminate the 500 million plastic bottles consumed each year. We play a front-line role in the battle against single-use plastic water bottles by delivering on-demand filtered water solutions to more than 120,000 healthy and environmentally conscious customers across North America. Our bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers purify the existing water supply, providing an endless supply of clean water and water-based beverages for a fixed monthly fee, typically under a long term bundled service and rental subscription agreement.  Culligan Quench has grown from a small regional company to an international leader that had a successful NYSE public offering in 2016 and is now a strategic company owned by private equity backed Culligan.  Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Quench has more than 1,600 team members operating out of more than 90 locations across North America and Puerto Rico. • Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S implementation, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, standard work, and Kanban systems
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, yield losses, failure trends, and process variation
• Drive root cause analysis for quality and reliability issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, visual standards, and training materials
• Train, coach, and support production teams on standard work and process changes
• Partner with quality, supply chain, and operations teams to support new product introductions, process changes, and issue resolution
• Act as a technical point of contact for refurbishment related process decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing or refurbishment environment with demonstrated ownership of process improvement initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, Kanban, and standard work

• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and accountability
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of operating with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data driven analysis tools
