Job description

The role

You make Decoda impossible to scroll past.

Your job is simple: get clinic owners to stop, watch, and want to talk to us.

That means turning what we're building, what our clinics are achieving, and what's changing in aesthetics and wellness into content people actually want to watch.

You'll script it, shoot it, edit it, post it, then look hard at what happened so the next piece is better.

Content is the core of this job, and most of your week.

The rest is helping Decoda show up everywhere else clinic owners are paying attention: industry conferences, press, and the moments that put us in front of the right people.

You'll get to know how clinic owners think, what frustrates them, and what makes them hit follow.

You'll use that to make content that feels like it was made for them, not for an algorithm.

When clinic owners are sharing our content, our ads are pulling in demos, and sales calls start with "I saw your video," you'll know you're doing great work.

What you'll own

Ship every week. We move fast and our content should too. You'll publish multiple pieces of short form video and social content every week across multiple channels. Live and learning beats perfect and sitting in drafts.

Make ads that earn the click. You'll build the creative behind our paid social: the hooks, the angles, the variants. You'll test them, read the results, and work with the team to scale what works and cut what doesn't. A good ad isn't one that looks nice; it's one that brings in clinics.

Turn what we build into stories. We ship products quickly, and you'll make sure the market feels it. When something launches, you'll turn demos and founder takes into content that makes clinic owners want it. A launch isn't real to the market until someone has made it worth watching.

Put our customers on camera. Hundreds of clinics run on Decoda, and their results are our best marketing. You'll find the stories worth telling and make them worth watching.

Know what's working. You'll track performance every week and form your own point of view from the numbers. Instinct gets you started; data tells you where to go next.

Own the calendar. You'll plan content around launches, customer wins and industry moments so we're never scrambling for what to post next.

Make Decoda show up in the room. You'll help us prepare for and run industry conferences, from booth content and materials to capturing everything on the ground. You'll also help pitch stories, support PR moments, and make sure every launch and customer win gets seen beyond our own channels. An event isn't done when the booth comes down; it's done when the content from it is live and working.

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 3 years making content for a brand, startup or agency, with a portfolio of work real people watched

  • Range. You can write the script, hold the camera, and cut the edit

  • Comfort on camera, or the willingness to get there fast

  • Experience with paid social creative, or a real hunger to learn how performance creative works

  • Comfort with data. You can read platform analytics and know what to do next

  • A bias for shipping. You publish, take feedback, and get better quickly

  • You're up for a mix. You'll go from editing a reel to packing for a conference to drafting a press pitch in the same week

  • You want to work hard. This is a small team moving fast, and the pace is high on purpose

  • Experience in aesthetics, wellness or healthcare is a plus, not a requirement

Logistics

This role is based in Toronto and is in person. Some travel for conferences.
