What applying to Distro usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Lever can typically expect a relatively streamlined application experience, starting with an online submission form that commonly includes resume upload and optional cover letter or screening questions. After applying, candidates may receive an automated confirmation email, and response times vary depending on the employer's hiring needs and volume of applicants. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial recruiter or HR conversation, followed by functional or technical interviews, and potentially a final round with hiring managers or team members. Lever also allows employers to collect feedback internally, so candidates may be asked to complete assessments or provide references. Communication throughout the process is generally handled via email or the Lever candidate portal, and applicants are encouraged to monitor both for updates.
