Outside Sales Representative | Uncapped Earning Potential
Superb Flooring & Design is seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and develop a profitable portfolio of flooring customers throughout Southeast Michigan.
This is a true hunter sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, making outbound calls, visiting construction sites, meeting builders and contractors, networking, developing referral relationships, and closing their own business.
What You'll Do Generate new flooring business throughout Southeast Michigan. Prospect builders, developers, contractors, property managers, designers, commercial organizations, and homeowners. Conduct outbound calls, canvassing, door-to-door outreach, job-site visits, networking, and referral-development activities. Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing. Develop long-term customer relationships and recurring accounts. Support residential, builder, contractor, and commercial sales opportunities. Participate in local business and construction-industry networking events. Compensation $50,000 annual base salary Uncapped performance-based commission Total earning potential: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually Credit for qualifying repeat business from accounts developed Auto allowance provided for approved business travel Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Training and Professional Development Free Food and Snacks Auto Allowance What We're Looking For Previous outside sales, business development, canvassing, door-to-door sales, construction sales, home-services sales, or similar customer acquisition experience. Strong prospecting and new business development skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle and close business. Strong follow-up habits and pipeline discipline. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Ability to travel throughout Southeast Michigan. Comfortable working in the office, showroom, field, and active job-site environments.
