COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP
For the kinds of founding roles we most often create through this path, base salary is $125K-$250K and equity is 0.25%-1.50%. The actual package will depend on the role, seniority, and scope we define together.

Most founding roles are based in San Francisco and work in person with the team. If a different arrangement is essential to your thesis, make the case clearly.
