Role Purpose
This is a full-time position for 8 months to cover maternity leave.
As Brand Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational development of the Demand Generation activities. You will own the project management, from the briefing to the delivery, ensuring the deadlines are met, and the creative assets are as expected.
You will notably manage the execution of brand campaigns (online and offline), social media planning and content production, and PR/influence events, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the process, liaising with the different stakeholders, and making sure it perfectly respects the briefings and initial expectations. You will thus actively participate in the development of impactful creative campaigns, working closely with both local and global resources, internal or external.
You will work hand in hand with the Brand & Communication Senior Manager, , being the direct report as well as the Brand and Communication Director.
This role is an operational position. It requires strong project management skills, as well as coordination skills, due to the broad nature of the projects.
What you will be doing:
- Owner of the project management of Demand Generation brand activities, including brand campaigns (online and offline), chef partnership, social media, sport sponsoring activities
- Manage the planning, operational development and delivery excellence of the brand activities, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (including Global Teams, Local Agencies, Local marketing teams) and ensuring that we deliver a quality result on time and on budget. Brand activities include a broad nature of projects such as video campaigns, offline campaigns, stunts…
- Be the main point of contact for our Social Media agency, working together on the planning, the creative briefing, the content production and the monthly reporting
- Be the main point of contact for our Copywriter, ensuring the quality of all marketing editorial content
Who are you?
- Min. 3 years experience in project management in a B2C scale up/eCommerce brand or top communication agency
- Brand mindset: you are passionate about brands, creative advertising and marketing
- Social media curiosity: you’ve previously worked on Social Media management, or can demonstrate a strong understanding of trends and content effectiveness
- Collaborative mindset: you like working with different stakeholders, with a solution-driven attitude, with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage different projects, with efficient processes, respect of deadlines and budget conscience
- Organised, proactive and adaptable
- Fluency in English and French - both written and spoken
