Maincode makes Matilda, an Australian-made AI stack we run end to end, from tin to token. We operate our own infrastructure here in Australia, train and maintain our own frontier models, and run multiple surfaces on top of them, including chat, coding, and APIs. Everything we ship is built on capability we control ourselves.

You must be a creative pragmatist, someone who crafts highly resonant narratives but executes with the technical precision, speed, and discipline of an engineer.

To succeed here, you need to dive deeply into our technical footprint, review what we have built, and figure out how to scale our narrative globally. Everything you need to win is built in-house, and we expect you to leverage every channel and tool at your disposal to drive outcomes.

Technical Execution: You understand the technology deeply and operate as a self-sufficient builder. You use every available platform to ship fast and drive measurable results without relying on outside help.
Authentic Storytelling: Throw out the standard B2B rulebook. Translate complex technical milestones into clear, high-impact narratives that command attention.
In-House Evangelism: Take complete ownership of the brand. Champion the mission with the grassroots authenticity and conviction that only comes from being deeply embedded in the core team.
