Job description

Know where you belong!

Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).  We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week.

What applying to Match Group usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Lever for roles at Match Group can generally expect an application process consistent with common Lever-based hiring flows. This typically begins with an online application and resume submission, followed by potential recruiter screening if the profile aligns with role needs. The process may include multiple stages, such as hiring manager conversations, skills-based assessments, or panel discussions relevant to the specific function, whether technical, marketing, or operational. Communication is often handled through automated Lever notifications and email updates, though response times vary depending on team bandwidth and role urgency. Candidates may be asked to provide work samples or complete role-specific exercises. As with most Lever-hosted processes, applicants can typically track application status through a candidate portal, and follow-up timing can differ across departments and open positions.
