For a large institution like New York University, with a broad range of roles spanning administrative, technical, healthcare, and academic support positions, the process may include multiple stages such as an initial recruiter or HR screen, followed by department-level interviews with hiring managers or panels. Additional steps like skills assessments, writing samples, or reference checks may apply depending on the role. Response times vary and are not guaranteed by the platform itself. Applicants should typically ensure their materials are tailored to the specific posting, as icims often relies on keyword matching during initial resume review stages.
