What could you lead
Depending on your background, you might:
Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery
Lead an engineering team: people development, execution, and technical excellence
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
Turn insights and data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
Improve how we work: processes, rituals, tooling, and ways of collaborating

Have proven experience in product or engineering leadership roles
Are data-driven, comfortable with metrics, and able to prioritize ruthlessly
Communicate clearly and work well with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
