For roles like those at Porter, spanning healthcare, logistics, and administrative positions, applicants may be asked role-specific questions related to certifications, licensure, or relevant experience. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial recruiter screen followed by hiring manager or panel conversations, though this can vary by role and department.
