For technical or specialized positions, candidates may also encounter skills assessments or case-based discussions. Communication is often handled through the platform's candidate portal or email, and response times vary based on the position and location. Applicants can generally expect the process to be structured, with an emphasis on aligning candidate experience with role requirements, though specific steps may differ across departments and regions.
