About the Role: As a Mental Health Clinician within the Crisis Stabilisation Centre (CSC), you play a key clinical role in contributing to the broader continuum of care within the Integrated Crisis Support Hub. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide focused crisis support, comprehensive assessment, and evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing mental health distress and/or crisis.
You work closely with the Allied Health Lead, Nursing Lead, Peer Lead, and Service Manager to ensure that high-quality, person-centred clinical care is meaningfully integrated across all aspects of service delivery.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant professional development and/or supervision within the area of mental health.
Experience in the delivery of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
Experience in assessing and treating clients with a range of mental health and/or alcohol and other drug problems.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in shift coordination is desirable.
Experience in crisis care settings is desirable.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines:
Psychology
Social Work – with Mental Health Accreditation through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
Occupational Therapy – with Mental Health Endorsement recognised by Occupational Therapy Australia
Nursing – must be a Registered Nurse with Credentialed Mental Health Nurse status through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
Other Requirements:
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training (or willing to obtain)
