We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Support payroll processing and related accounting functions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support audit processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience required
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of GAAP principles and general accounting practices.
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting is a plus.
