The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified or Active Candidate in Gynecologic Oncology to join our core faculty. The selected candidate will join a well-established group of providers committed to excellence in clinical care, academic medicine, and the education and mentorship of medical students and residents.
Candidates should possess strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as surgical expertise and a commitment to teaching and mentoring learners at all levels. This position offers the opportunity to practice the depth and breadth of gynecologic oncology while also cultivating individual clinical interests and areas of expertise. Daytime, night, and weekend call responsibilities are shared among the faculty.
Our physicians practice at several clinical locations, primarily at facilities operated by LCMC Health, a regionally owned and operated hospital system with strong community and academic ties. The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology also offers a collaborative and supportive environment for clinical research for candidates interested in developing or advancing their research careers.
This is a clinical track position, and academic rank will be determined commensurate with the candidate's training, experience, and prior achievements.

Minimum Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
Eligible for licensure in LA as well as LA CDS and DEA licenses
Minimum Education:
Doctor of Medicine
Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology
Preferred Qualifications:
Practice experience in Gynecologic Oncology
Prior practice experience in an Academic Setting
