Tulane University School of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a motivated clinician/educator for 20 weeks of Intensive care service at University Medical Center of New Orleans. 13 weeks will be in the Cardio Vascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit split between in-house day and night service. These are 12 hour non teaching shifts. Also you will have 7 weeks in the Medical Intensive Care Unit split between a teaching service and a non-teaching service. The non-teaching service requires 12 hour in-house service on day and night shifts. In addition, you will be required to supervise a fellow’s out-patient clinic on rotation with other Pulmonary Diseases faculty which is approximately twice per month.
