University of Washington Medical Center - South Lake Union & Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the outpatient ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND CARDIOLOGY CLINIC.
WORK SCHEDULE
100% FTE, 40 hours weekly
8 hour Day Shift, M - F, no weekends or holiday shifts allowing for work life balance in the beautiful northwest community
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Heart Institute at UW Medical Center – Montlake & SLU provides a full range of heart healthcare and prevention services including general cardiology, cardiac diagnostic imaging tests and procedures, cardiac surgery, arrhythmia management and electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart services, advanced heart failure management, heart transplant and ventricular assist devices (VADs), adult congenital heart disease management, cardiac psychiatry, cardiovascular genetics and other advanced services.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Will primarily be responsible for supporting the Cardiology ambulatory clinic and the imaging department, including running Echo Stress tests and doing Definity and Bubble Studies as indicated during Transthoracic echocardiograms
Managing the patient undergoing different Echocardiogram and Stress tests and doing Definity and Bubble Studies as indicated
Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team consisting of cardiologists, interventionalists, other sub-specialty nurses, advanced practice providers, research team, and administrative staff to coordinate, support, and optimize the medical care of our complex patient population
REQUIREMENTS
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
Current BLS and ACLS
2 years of outpatient or inpatient Cardiology/Tele experience

$46.97 hourlyPay Range Maximum:
$86.17 hourlyOther Compensation:
$1.00/hour BSN premium
