The VTS Reunion temp role will closely assist Director, Affinity Networks, throughout Reunion/Homecoming Weekend (Oct. 15-18), preparing for events early in Reunion Week (~Tuesday) and staffing events throughout the weekend (Thurs-Sunday). This will include placing signage, setting up and cleaning up events (decor, check-in), and acting as event co-host (interfacing with alumni, coordinating with caterers and bartenders), collaborating with larger Reunion team as needed.
