- Preserve original document layout and formatting in the final translated deliverable
- Meet standard, express, and rush turnaround deadlines depending on order type
- Flag inconsistencies, illegible text, or ambiguous source content to the project team before certification
What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience translating legal, civil, or official documents
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with names, dates, and numerical data
- Familiarity with Lao civil registry documents, court records, or academic credentialing conventions
- Ability to meet tight turnaround windows, including rush and same-day requests
- Comfort working with digital document handling tools and PDF-based workflows
Nice to have

- Certification or accreditation in translation (e.g., ATA or equivalent)
- Experience with notarization or apostille-related documentation processes
