Verantwortung für Wohnraumrenovierungen und kleinere Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Objektbestand (Altbau)
Steuerung der Renovierungen von Leerwohnungen inkl. Angebotseinholung, Vergabe und Leistungsabnahme
Angebotseinholung, Beauftragung und Koordination der Bestellung von Einbauküchen für unsere Leerwohnungen
Organisation von Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
Koordination und Akquise von Dienstleistungsfirmen im Wohnungsausbau
regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung

Dein Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) ODER
abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bautechnik oder im Bauhandwerk
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im genannten Tätigkeitsbereich oder in der technischen Objektverwaltung
sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein der Fahrzeugklasse B
Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung sowie eine selbstständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab.
