Job description

About Broccoli 🥦

At Broccoli, we're building AI teammates for the people who build and maintain our world.

We partner with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the hardworking businesses that keep homes and communities running, and replace fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI that actually gets the job done.

Our AI teammates answer phones, book appointments, follow up with customers, recover missed revenue, and help contractors deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while integrating seamlessly with platforms like ServiceTitan.

Before we wrote a single line of code, we visited more than 140 contractors to understand how these businesses truly operate. That firsthand experience shaped everything we've built.

Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors rely on Broccoli every day.

  • We've grown to $15M+ ARR in under two years.

  • We're trusted by everyone from independent contractors to some of the largest private equity backed operators in the home services industry.

  • We're backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.

We're still just getting started.

About the Role

Broccoli is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our San Francisco, CA office. You’ll team up with People Ops to keep our office running smoothly — from managing supplies and facilities to ensuring every new employee and customer gets an exceptional first impression. • Food Ordering – Facilitate daily food ordering for the office, including vendor coordination, dietary accommodations, and delivery logistics; ensure orders are timely, accurate, and within budget.

  • Facilities & Vendors — Primary contact with building maintenance and landlords for both locations; coordinate office cleaning, repairs, and track issues to resolution.

  • Events & Logistics — Coordinate in-office events, team lunches, and gatherings including vendor sourcing, setup, and breakdown.

  • People Support — Working with the People team on seating assignments, desk setup, and team celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries.

  • Budget & Expenses — Track and maintain SF office expenditures, ensuring spend stays within budget.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance — Maintain first aid kits, manage building access, and ensure fire safety and accessibility standards are met. Team up with People team to ensure California office compliance.

  • Travel & Scheduling — help with team travel where needed, manage conference room calendars and scheduling.

  • Internal Communications — Draft office announcements, maintain shared resources, and serve as a liaison between leadership and staff.

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before they become problems

  • Strong communicator — comfortable working with vendors, building management, and internal teams

  • Comfortable with physical tasks including unpacking, assembling boxes, and light lifting

  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping platforms preferred

  • Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love of keeping things running smoothly
