Job descriptionFull Time

Cadence ABA is an agentic ABA data collection and documentation platform that lets clinicians capture sessions by voice, structures the resulting data, tracks mastery, and drafts billable session notes for clinician review and sign-off. We're hiring an ABA Solutions Consultant (BCBA) to work directly with clinical teams adopting Cadence, helping them apply strong ABA practice within the platform and ensuring the software supports rather than replaces clinical judgment.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the clinical subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams, advising on ABA measurement systems, mastery criteria, and treatment plan structure as applied within the Cadence platform
  • Partner with clinics during onboarding to configure programs, targets, and phase-change criteria correctly for each client
  • Review and validate that session notes, graphs, and mastery proposals generated by the platform reflect defensible, clinically sound ABA practice
  • Provide guidance and training to BCBAs and RBTs on best practices for voice-based data capture and documentation workflows
  • Act as a clinical liaison between customers and the product team, surfacing feedback on how the platform supports or falls short of real clinical work
  • Support quality assurance on IOA calculations, CPT mapping, and progress report content prior to release or customer rollout

What we're looking for

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing, with several years of direct ABA clinical experience
  • Strong working knowledge of all major ABA measurement systems, mastery criteria, and treatment plan design
  • Experience supervising RBTs and reviewing session data, graphs, and progress notes for clinical accuracy
  • Comfort working with software platforms and translating clinical requirements into product feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support clinicians of varying experience levels
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a consulting, training, or clinical operations role
  • Experience with ABA practice management or data collection software
  • Familiarity with interobserver agreement (IOA) methodology and billing/CPT coding for ABA services
