What applying to Centers usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through iCIMS can generally expect an online application process that begins with submitting a profile and resume through a structured portal, often followed by an automated confirmation email. For Centers, roles spanning areas like camp counselor, lifeguard, facilities manager, and operations manager may involve role-specific screening questions or assessments related to certifications or physical requirements. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial recruiter screen followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers, potentially conducted by phone, video, or in person.
