What applying to Centers usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through iCIMS for Centers can typically expect an online application process that begins with submitting a profile and resume through the iCIMS portal, followed by an automated confirmation email. Applicants may be asked to complete role-specific questionnaires, especially for positions like facilities-manager, field-service-technician, or program-coordinator, which could involve skills or availability screening. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial recruiter review, phone or video screening, and one or more interviews with hiring managers, potentially involving practical or in-person components for roles like lifeguard or swim-instructor. Response times vary depending on the position and hiring volume, so candidates are generally encouraged to monitor their email and iCIMS account for status updates and to follow up politely if needed.
