Our efood Growth & Retail Media team is on the lookout for a Retail Media Operations Specialist to help us run, scale and optimise retail media activations for some of the world’s leading brands and the media agencies that represent them. Your role as a Retail Media Operations Specialist is to make sure that every retail media campaign we sell is set up, delivered, monitored and reported flawlessly, so that our CPG partners get the most out of their investment and keep coming back for more.
Reporting to the Senior Growth & Retail Media Manager, this role works hands-on daily with retail media tools and collaborates closely across Commercial, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Design, Finance, and Delivery Hero (DH Ads) product teams.
What you 'll do:
Managing end-to-end campaign scheduling, asset coordination, cross-team alignment, and performance reporting for 150+ CPG partners across app and web platforms.
Manage day-to-day banner and product ad setups (local platform & DH Ads), including promotional/seasonal placements and live campaign corrections.
Support the reporting calendar by gathering campaign data, screenshots, and proof of delivery to generate performance reports for CPGs and agencies.
Brief internal design and marketing teams on creative assets, CRM, social media, and newsletters while managing CPG approvals and Omnibus compliance.
Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing, and collaborate with Category and Supply Chain teams to ensure SKU availability and prevent booking conflicts.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows (e.g., data entry, slot filling) using smart tools and AI.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, campaign management, or digital marketing (preferably within online/e-commerce platforms, FMCG, or a media agency).
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with high comfort working with data.
Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of driving tasks through to completion.
Clear, confident communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Strong curiosity about the commercial side of the business and eagerness to grow into ad sales.
Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ad servers, retail media platforms, or campaign management tools, as well as an interest in workflow automation and AI tools.
