We are looking for a experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will have experience in creating dashboards, Measurements, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across IT and departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
- You will develop meaningful Measurements, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to our needs.
- Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You will ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
- Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
- You will maintain existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B. Tech in Computer Science
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
- Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
