LandEarly is an AI job application agent that helps job seekers find roles, tailor their resumes and cover letters, and submit applications while postings are still fresh. We're looking for a Growth Specialist to help drive user acquisition and engagement as we scale our reach among job seekers.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels (paid, organic, lifecycle, referral) to drive signups and activation
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior data to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities
- Partner with product and marketing teams to launch and iterate on growth initiatives, from landing pages to onboarding flows
- Own and report on key growth metrics, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversion at each stage of the user journey
- Identify and evaluate new channels or tactics for reaching job seekers at scale
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a growth, performance marketing, or growth marketing role, ideally at a consumer or SaaS product company
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- A data-driven, hypothesis-first approach to problem solving
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, iterative environment
Nice to have
- Experience with growth in a consumer app or job search/recruiting product
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools
- Experience with lifecycle or referral marketing programs
