LandEarly is an AI job application agent that finds roles, tailors resumes and cover letters, and submits applications while postings are still fresh — helping job seekers get seen by applying early. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow awareness of LandEarly and drive adoption among job seekers.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels to drive user acquisition and brand awareness
- Own messaging and positioning for LandEarly's core product and features
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop launch plans for new features
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics to guide strategy
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships to maximize ROI
- Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a management or lead capacity
- Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a consumer or B2C SaaS product
- Familiarity with the job search or HR tech space
- Experience with performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns
