Position Summary:

Focus: Content creation, social media, newsletter marketing, and brand communications. 
Responsibilities: 
Social Media -
Create social media graphics and visual assets 
Draft content for social media channels 
Schedule social media posts 
Monitor engagement and community interactions 
Track social media performance metrics 
Support campaign planning and execution 
Research content trends and best practices 

Email & Newsletter Content -
Draft and format newsletters 
Develop email marketing editorial calendar 
Create event promotion emails (for Sales Team) 
Write audience-specific messaging 
Maintain Pipedrive and Envoke contact lists, segments, consent etc 

Copywriting- 
Write website copy and page updates 
Request and manage French translation from Desautels Translation team 
Create campaign content and advertisements 
Draft student success stories and testimonials 
Support development of brochures and digital collateral for b2b and b2c audiences 
Edit and proofread marketing content 

Asset Creation -
Develop graphics using Adobe Express 
Source and organize photos and content assets 

Desired skills: 
Strong writing and editing ability 
Experience with Adobe Express, Canva or Photoshop 
Understanding of social media platforms 
Creativity and storytelling skills 
Experience creating graphics 

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
