Workday systems commonly generate automated confirmation emails, and applicants may be asked to complete skills assessments or supplemental questions depending on the role, such as those in healthcare, academic, or administrative positions. The process may include multiple stages, potentially involving a recruiter screen, hiring manager conversations, and panel-style interviews for specialized or clinical roles. Response times vary and candidates are generally encouraged to monitor their Workday candidate portal for status updates.
