Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through workday for roles at Penn State University can generally expect an online application requiring a profile setup, resume upload, and completion of standardized screening questions, which may include voluntary self-identification and EEO forms. The process commonly involves an initial application review, followed by possible phone or video screening, and may include multiple stages such as departmental interviews or panel discussions depending on the role's seniority and function.
