JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Center for Fitness and Wellness (CFW) at Penn State Harrisburg, which is part of the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, invites applications for part-time student workers to assist with CFW functions. Students work in the CFW office, located in the Capital Union Building. Pay rate is $15/hr.
Job Duties
- Scheduling appointments and interacting with those who use the CFW services.
- Conducting fitness assessments and developing exercise programs.
- Assisting with on-campus events.
- Assisting with projects related to healthier living.
- Assisting with data collection and organization.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Penn State Harrisburg Student.
- Experience with fitness and exercise.
- Preference will be given to students whose major is in a health-related field.
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
