We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Robinhood International & Crypto team’s mission is to democratize finance for all by making investing simple, safe, and accessible. We’re a collaborative group of marketers, product thinkers, and strategists working together to drive adoption and engagement expansion markets.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we connect with customers and drive growth for Robinhood in expansion markets. In this role, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features and help shape the product growth strategy for our brokerage and crypto offering in a highly regulated and fast-moving environment. We’re looking for a consumer product marketer who can build and execute strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across product, creative, research, legal, compliance, and more!

This role is based in our UK office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own product marketing for Robinhood in expansion markets, leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products and features, as well as evergreen initiatives that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, helping inform roadmaps and product improvements based on user insights, market feedback, and regional learnings.
  • Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and a deep understanding of the target audience
  • Craft marketing plans and creative direction that drive relevance, adoption, and sustained engagement for Robinhood.
  • Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.

What you bring

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing (or adjacent consumer growth/product roles) in tech.
  • Strong growth marketing leadership, including shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts so they’re simple, clear, and human.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence.
  • Data-informed decision making, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement.
  • Fluency across key marketing channels (e.g., lifecycle, performance, in-product, and social) and how to sequence them for impact.
  • Comfort operating in regulated consumer products and partnering closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action.

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership.
  • Top tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs.
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible employer-paid benefits spending account expenses beyond traditional benefits such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, paid volunteer time off, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
  • Monthly commuter stipend to help offset in-office commuting costs.

What applying to Robinhood usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at Robinhood can generally expect a structured process that starts with an online application and resume screen, followed by recruiter outreach if there is interest. The process may include multiple stages such as a recruiter phone screen, one or more technical or role-specific assessments, and interviews with hiring managers or team members, potentially followed by a final round involving several interviewers. Greenhouse-based processes typically allow candidates to track application status through an online portal and may include take-home exercises or live problem-solving depending on the role. Response times vary and communication frequency can differ by team. Candidates should prepare general materials relevant to the role type and be ready to discuss past experience, technical skills, and behavioral scenarios, as these are common elements across greenhouse-managed hiring processes.
